Mine is a toss up between Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan, I think as a young child the idea's of a land where you never grow up, talking flowers and the likes fascinates you and that the films are classics. I now have a young daughter of my own and have just started to buy the disney dvd's as I want her to have the whole collection eventually as I think really your never too old to enjoy them.

I took one of my children to the cinema the other day on a rare treat and for some one to one time together to see an animated Disney film which we both thoroughly enjoyed and I will, no doubt, purchase it on DVD when available to view again and again. In the adverts for upcoming films was the trailer for the latest animated Disney film re-make of the classic "A Christmas Carol" which looked quite good (see attached video). Has anyone already seen it and, if so, what did you think? Will you be going to see it or will you wait until it is released on DVD or maybe it just isn't your cup of tea.......over to you!

I fell in love with Sid the moment I saw him .The Ice Age films are for me "just the best ." My eldest son brought us Ice Age 3 for Christmas and we watched it last night .The characters are so human like ,yet so like the creatures they portray .
There are comic moments and then sad little scenes .
I can just imagine the writers "Brain-storming" the scenes .Everyone thinking up different ideas ,yet the story coming together and becoming the film that we are able to watch .
