i personally would be very dubious of sending it back to the chef.you hear of so many stories were they have spat in you food etc for complaining!i think they see it as you are attacking their skills-when in fact it maybe that your steak is simply over cooked! i have only once sent my food back and that was because i got the wrong order.i had to sit and wait while the rest of my family eat theirs,by the time i got my dish they had finished! and to make matters worse-they had simlpy changed the meat on my plate but everything else remained on their from earlier so it was cold.i havent returned there and it taught me to shut up and put up!my lonely and cold dinner wasnt worth the hassle!

I am a big puddings fan...I love hot puddings with plenty of custard..whats your favourite dessert and why?

I was very surprised the other day when my neighbours son who is eight came into our house as I was peeling some potatoes for chips. He watched me closesly while I peeled the potatoes and then cut them up into chips. He asked me what I was doing, and when I informed him I was preparing our tea and had just prepared some chips he asked why I did not just get them from the freezer or even the chip shop, like his mummy does. I could not beleive my ears when he said Mummy never makes her own chips. I told him they were a lot nicer than the frozen ones and also worked out cheaper. he did not know that you could even make chips from ordinary potatoes. Am I the only one or have you ever come across children who do not know how to make proper chips?

personally i have a big grudge against it at the moment. if i look back at all the bad things that have happened to me in my life, i feel that the majority of the things can be related back to drinking too much alcohol, personallly i dont drink but people around me do. is it maybe because of the things i have been through with relation to alcohol that have made me turn against it?
