The head of the ICO should resign for failure to protect peoples data.

Those on the board at BT who are responsible for the adoption of Phorm's Webwise should resign.

BT should apologise for its covert trials and abuse of customer's trust.

BT should be prosecuted for these allegedly illegal acts, and, if found guilty, those responsible shouldspend time in jail.
