Do any of you carnivores enjoy preparing and eating Liver? Personally i enjoy it now and again (when cooked well), but I was teaching my students yesterday and only 2 had ever eaten it at home! I made some Liver Burgers when they started the course, not telling them what it was until they had eaten them though! I had a large pice of calves liver, and three of the girls refused to touch it - and they want a career in cooking! It was prepared eventually though - sliced very thinly, and fried in butter with garlic, shallots, and white wine - Venetian style! out of 7 students I had 2 'refuseniks' and 1 that tasted it but did not like it!

NO BUT I LIKE LIVER PATE AND THE SMELL OF IT WHEN COOKED WITHJ ONIONS

Its got to be CHOCOLATE, i love S.Luca home made chocolate ice cream. You aint live till u tried it
