....a city I lived in and loved for 16 years. I walked from King's Cross to Warren Street and fell in love with it all over again. I love the smells and the sound and the people - I feel that I am still a Londoner despite my now leafy Suffolk surroundings.

Is there somewhere where you feel at one, at home? Is there a city that makes you feel alive? A town you can really call home? A place that envokes in you a memory of good times once lived?

Last training session of the season for Haverhill Rovers yesterday. Lads U 11's versus Dads. I played in goal and I played a binder - like I used to as a 15 year old keeper 30+ years ago.

Today I ache to the point of needing a stena lift to get me up the stairs! Am I too old is it too late as Mr Waters put it on the Wall?
