salad sandwiches and yoghurt - what a healthy way to go and yummy too.

My fiancee and I are having Chicken & gravy pie with mash, carrots and parsnips... and as its friday i'll have a beer with it! No kids to feed yet!!

I love homemade soup right now, would be nice to hear about other peoples favourite soups?? i like tomato and carrot, broccoli and stilton, pumpkin, and mushroom soup all of which i like homemade with some nice crusty bread! It makes for a healthy light meal which i can enjoy without counting the calories lol! Some tinned soup is ok aswell but doesn't seem to have quite the same taste and rather bland, the campbells one's are nice but not too sure they make soup anymore?
