I cook with garlic regularly and I would recommend it to anyone cooking chicken and meat dishes. My favourite is probably chilli con carne with garlic, chopped tomatoes, onion, puree, kidney beans and a little chilli powder (possibly paprika). Brown the mince and then get adding. Yum Yum. Also a garlic chicken cant be argued with - get your herbs into that too
