in general i wear flats and used to always wear trainers however now i feel that heels give you attitude and with confidence i feel that anyone can carry them off in any situation. i feel that tall girls look better in heels as short girls look like they are trying too hard. heels give you a better posture and distinguish between men and women, unless of course you have a cross dress man lol. i think that if you wear heels more often they become more comfortable definitley when you are dancing all night!!

Flats or sometimes wedges if my ankles feel up to it. I have never worn heels which is suprising to most people as I am really short so they assume I'd wanna look taller - their problem not mine! I also have very small feet - UK childs size 2 - so you don't get many sexy heels designed in those sizes! My mum's feet are even smaller UK 1 and half but she does get heels (sensible ones) from a small shoe specialist - very expensive Italian designer stuff. I just stick with the kids stuff even if they do have big flowers and stuff on them! The only time I miss being able to get any kind of shoe is for interviews but then I also think we shouldn't judge people by how they dress even at interviews!

I think it has even though I am a smoker. It has left bars, pubs and clubs smelling better, and a night out is a lot lighter on my wallet. I used to spend a lot on cigarettes because I'd get drunk and smoke a 20 pack in one night, whereas now I manage to keep to 5 or less if I stay in one venue, because I don't want to go outside to have one. Also, there are less complications with worrying about blowing smoke into the wrong direction, and smokers can be pleased they are only damaging themselves again!
