Hi there,i have just be looking at some of the opinions and have just remembered that i saw this on t.v and wonder what other people think about.

I remember at the time being so b***dy angry that someone who could be a role model to younger girls could say something like that.Some overweight people do not eat a lot of food maybe the wrong food or the wrong time of day but i as an overweight person myself do not eat a lot of food,i eat later in the day and don't exercise as i am partially disabled and in a lot of pain 24 hours a day. I used to be very slim at 8 1/2 stone but got married had kids and ate take-aways and put weight on when i shouldn't have.
I made me wonder was she that shallow or was she misquoted or was she really that ignorant and sad that watching a fat person eat was going to make her sick.I ate a lot more food when i was younger and slim so maybe she wouldn't have thought that about slimmer people eating a lot of food.
Who else out thinks as i do or am i over reacting

Does any one have a descent soup recipe?? I am a vegetarian so would have to be a vegetarian soup, but im hoping to start a soup diet in the near future, I don’t like all soups so wanted to try out a few so when it comes to the diet I have a variety, I know I like watercress soup but haven’t been able to find a recipe for it!! I was made this as a child and found that it was very nice hot or cold!!! Does any one know where I can get a recipe from. Has any one tried the soup diet or thinking about starting the soup diet. I heard about it in a magazine and thought it would be a good one try, jus to slim down for summer!! The diet along with some good exercise should do the trick!! But yeah any recipes or good ideas for a soup wanted!!! Please help!!
