Firstly I used to sign up to every single one of them, but was never ever picked, so I gave up. Secondly, when I first joined up there used to be really good tests like Ipods etc, and now more recently it has been only random stuff like pens and sweets, which I wouldnt really want to sign up for anyway, as it doesnt seem worth it. Also last year we used to get 75 points for every product test we signed up for, then we were told that the product tests are now better products and that is why we will not get the points any longer. But since then, the products in the tests have not been all that good, so I do miss those points.

I have problems getting into the 'your points' aread once I have logged in. It keeps saying - an error has occured and I havent been able to check my points for about a week now!

more varied rewards, except for the Ipoints everything else is boring. And loads of times the points for surveys arent added to the account until a complaint is made to the Helpdesk and even then it takes ages for someone to get back to me.

Forget about new features, just make the current site more efficient. We need to be able to redeem our vouchers quickly and give us a Customer Care dept that responds to our queries quc=ickly.
