NaRS Beach Lifeguard

I agree with cliver 100%, i have got some "life saving skills" but i learnt these in a swimming pool. Therefore, because i haven't tested them in the sea yet, they might just turn out to be useless because i have heard swimming in the sea is a whole different ball game to swimming in the local swimming pool. Anyway, I believe all life guarding qualifications are good, just as long as they have the basics such as towing a person and treading water etc.

Personnally i like to eat a strong tasting cheese such as a very mature cheddar. I also like Red Leicester as a sandwich filler. I also like a decent blue stilton, my wife makes this fabulous mixture of blue cheese and scrambled egg, the cheese melts into the mixture, it's delicious
