I definitely know that I would not want to go into the future. For me, the past is more important and visiting the future would take all the fun out of my life. If there were something awful, I would spend the rest of my days dreading it and waiting for it to happen and I really do not want to know when I will die.
So, I've chose the past. But I'm not quite sure what I would want to do due to the "butterfly effect".
Thanks in advance for all responses. This is a subject that I often ponder about! :)

I'm sure I would want to go into the past, but I woudn't have learned any of lifes lessons to stear me towards the right path of life.

Smoking cigarettes - if you've never smoked, what kept you from it? If you've quit, what motivated you to quit?

Growing up, all of my family smoked cigarettes except for my father. I despised them; the smell was horrible, I couldn't stand hearing everyone cough all the time, the smoke would leave a disgusting film over the walls and ceilings. At age 16 I tried one and it was NASTY. Yet at age 18 I began smoking regularly. Am I a weak person? Probably. Am I a stupid person? More than likely... but please don't insult me for my bad decision.

Anyway, I was sitting on my porch (with a cigarette of course!) and had a moment of realization - what in the heck am I doing? They taste gross, they're expensive, and they played a strong factor in my mothers and grandmothers deaths. Long story short: goodbye cigarettes!!! My moment of realization led me to wonder about others reasons for quitting or not smoking at all.

I just knew I needed to quit so I began slowly. I still have not completely stopped, but I am down to 5 a day.

What, if anything, do you dislike or find annoying about surveys?

They're fun don't get me wrong but I get so annoyed when they ask for your DOB - month, date, and year and then ask you your age. It's frustrating to get 50% or more through a survey and then do not qualify. Getting an error or it freezing when you know your qualify and will finish is irritating. Obviously, not getting your points or getting the least amount of points is very annoying. And perhaps it's just me but it would be great if more survey opportunities were available for all users.

It bothers me when they ask for age too. I don't see what that has to do with anything. But what bothers me worse is answering a bunch of questions related to the survey and then it says you don't qualify. It ends up being a waste of time and I feel like they are getting free information.
