No, keep it banned

yes,i think smoking should be allowed in pubs that don't have restaurant/serve food.the whole point of a pub is to have a drink,relax and socialise.what annoys me is the number of non-smokers in the areas designated for smokers,there because they'd be sitting alone if inside.double standards comes to mind....
