I know food and stuff keeps going up but Ive just been to the supermarket (asda) and I cant believe the way groceries have gone up during the past month or so. Is it me or has anyone else noticed? Im getting the same stuff more or less but I think my bills gone up quite a bit. e.g. I always get a bunch of flowers, same every time £1.88, theyve been that for over 18 months for sure. £2.28 - I cant believe it thats 40 pence difference. You expect things to go by pence at a time but everything seems to be leaping up. I feel sorry for families with young kids - Im on my own and I get my discount so goodness knows how you all cope. Has anyone else noticed a difference?

should people really start to be thinking more about what they are putting in to there bodys. I watched a program last night about the duchess of york helping out a really unhealthy family, it really made me realise the crap that some people eat sausage sandwich for dinner its no wander their still starving after an go an grap more food its a vicious circle of fatty crap which doesnt have any nutritional value at all.I also noticed on the program that the women said she only had £80 a week to spend on shopping an that when the duchess came round said that she didnt have any fruit as her boys had ate it all. She stated that it was around £1.60-£2.00 for a bag of golden delicious and then when the fruit was gone she couldnt afford to buy none again that week well that was crap because i saw her sipping away on alcopops. I also noticed that before the duchess had came to this city the mother had beeen offered free vegetables from her father in law but had refused thm the only reason she accepted the fruit an veg is because she was on national tv

do plenty of excersise do the hpousework make the beds get the tea watch the soaps on tv watch a dvd go on the computer and have funready
