The last few days ive stayed away from toluna with all its problems I was getting a bit pssed off with it,this is just a quick one to see how everyone else is,myself busy at work and home with the kids being off school for half term I was even busier than normal.

With the weather being so nice recently a few friends have been silly and have caught too much sun. We were talking about the best sunburn relieve the pain. . . - I said, apart from staying out of the sun and remembering to use more lotion (a little too late I know) - natural yoghurt was really good to relieve he sting of sunburn. Wet towels and E45 have also been suggested and are being used now . . . . .

Do you have any other suggestions which could help my crispy friends?

Some of other members must wake up in the mornings like me wishing for just another hours sleep before the day begins i always awake far from refreshed due i guess to too many late nights and promises to myself for an early night the next night always end up being broken and another late night seems to just happen how many hours sleep on average do you get ? do you awake refreshed ? or are you a night howler and would love the extra lay in each morning ?

wanna know if people think a size 0 is hot hot or not i am still not sure
