what are the best slimming tablets you can get ive tried adios, some of these apple ones with vinigar in some teabags which was really expensive and all they did was give me belly ache ive tried exercise but its hard t fit it into ur daily routine and its quite expensive for the gym nowdays i want to go to an all girl one so i can make some new friends an feeel confortable with the people but for now i would like to take some tablets until i feel confident enough to go

I personaly would not use them as I think they are a lazy way to lose weight. A person will benefit more and feel better if they went to a gym or did some physical exercise which when associated with weight loss or increased fitness would boost morale
