i have not been able sign in a couple of times and haven't seen my additional points from a survey added to my points total

After having owned laptops with both XP and Vista, I have found XP was better for compatibility with other software however Vista does have better features. I also find Vista slow to start up and close down. Vista also tends to freeze up and kick me out of Internet Explorer on a regular basis!!
