i think people are frigtened to smack thier children today or give them some other sort of punishment and so the children are taking advantage and pushing parents boundaries further away. this is why we have such undiscaplined youngsters who also have no respect. Manners cost notheing

Yes they should, i dont believe a foreigner has the right to come to this country, claim benefits, and not follow the rules.
