I really think that there is a gap in the market for this sort of thing. Do you think that this could take off? Just imagine that perfect rasher of bacon on hand in a packet of gum, its less fattening, cleans your teeth and all the fun of bacon. You could have all sorts of flavours such as sausage, beans, egg, black pudding, fried bread and hash brown flavour. I think that it could take of with truckers on a diet you could also have a packet of Full English breakfast where you get an assortment of the above flavours.
