Having just found out that Fuel in Canada is just 50p a litre - YES - thats right, only 50p. We are the highest payers of Fuel Duty in the World and the Government only froze the last increase until October this year! I am so angry at that............ why can't they just reduce Fuel Duty to an acceptable level........ its definately time for them to GO.

I was listening to a Canadian man speak last night and he said he felt that complaining had become a British disease and that we have forgotten how to be thankful for what we have. So I thought we could have a go at 'counting our blessings'. What are you thankful for? I'm thankful for a roof over my head, a garden to sit in, some reasonable weather, family and friends who love me and who I can love, people who I can share my heart with and who will speak truth to me when I need it, nice people to work with, a Church where I can have great friendships and be challenged to grow and to do things I might otherwise find difficult. So much to be thankful for I could go on all day. What about you?

I really love chewy minty sweets, as long as they are peppermint flavored. I really don't like spearmint at all! On the other hand, my boyfriend likes spearmint but hates peppermint! Each has a very distinct taste I think, and are very different! Which flavour of the two do you prefer?
