what happened to the green cross code or don't go with strangers campaign

There used to be safty champagains on telly like "Tufty & the green cross man who taught children about crossing the roads" also there was "Charlie the Cat" who warned children not to go with strangers.
Children noticed these warnings because they were on during childrens programmms. Now all we get during programmes is adverts trying to sell children rubbish.

why are children no longer taught about the dangers of strangers / road saftey / and running off parents

Are you embarrassed by you passport photograph? How come every time I have my passport photograph taken I look really terrible in fact I would go as far as saying I look just like a criminal. Every single time my passport has always been an embarrassment to me and I know it will be again for a further ten years.I simply cringe when I have to show it to anybody as I am sure it looks nothing like me. does anybody else have the same problem as myself?
