I beleive all women should wear make up if it enhances the way they look. I personally would never leave the home without my mascara and eyeliner on. You do not have to spend ages aplying make-up it takes just a few minutes to slap on a bit of foundation to cover the blemishes and make your face look better and mascara and eye liner makes all the difference to ones appearance. A bit of lippy and your done. There are absolutely loads of different brands of make-up available on the High Street but there is no need to spend a fortune on this. I have tried so many different brands over the years but the cheaper ones are quite often as good, if not better than, the more expensive ones. I don't like to see make-up on young girls but once they reach teenage years i think girls should be allowed to wear it. Come on ladies, get your slap on, it makes you feel good if you know you look good!!

Kids in particular seem to be getting bigger and there's not much excuse for it apart from parents laziness. There is far more nutritional info available now than ever before. Companies like McDonalds and Birds Eye are falling over themselves to make food 'healthier', no added sugar / salt / preservatives and suchlike. Basically kids can, if they wish, eat a 'healthier' fast food diet than ten years ago but they still seem to be getting fatter. Vegitating in front of TVs and consoles is probably most to blame. I think social work should get involved much sooner - it's nothing short of child cruelty half the time.

The divisions between the seasons are no longer as marked as they used to be, but which do you like most? I suppose most would say summer, with the long warm and hopefully sunny days, is best - the time of year we can get out into the open and enjoy all the greenery. Yet spring also has it's special appeal, the appearance of lambs and flowers beginning to bud, everything feeling fresh, new and full of hope. Autumn has its own attractions - all the lovely shades of gold and brown, the smell of bonfires and a feel of nostalgia in the air. In contrast to the other three seasons, winter can seem to offer very little, it is grey and cold with only the Christmas lights to relieve the darkness. But it can be a cosy time when you are snug indoors with the curtains closed, sitting by the fireside listening to the wind howl down the chimney. It is hard to choose, all times of the year have something in their favour, but for me,autumn gets my vote. How about you?
