i think the csa are a rip off and that they take too much money from fathers that already support their children when they should be taking more from the parent that does not bother. apparently the law states that the csa no longer have to take in to consideration living costs of the non resident parent which i think is wrong if other children are involved.

From what I hear about it, Yes. The recipient doesn't get the whole amount stopped from the paying parent which is a total rip off for the kids involved and most still don't pay up anyway!
