I think educating them about the tactics of the tobacco industry would be a good start

Make them smoke 40 one after another. They'l gip evertime they try and smoke there after.

Ye go for it. My friend is the same size as you and she suffers from back ache etc, she also really struggles trying to find pretty tops that fit her. She could have gorgeous perk boobs if she had them reduced. You should talk to your doctor.
