Ive just spent one frustrating hour trying to get a human voice to speak to me from 3 credit card companies. I am bored with having to press button 1 for this and button 2 for that. I just need to ask a simple question. Does anyone know the secret of getting through to a human being? Anyone working for a card company have a secret shortcut you can share with the rest of us?

I hate it when this happens, is so frustrating!

About a month ago, when dealing with this type of thing while trying to access my bank account, I accidentally pressed the wrong number as I was getting really ticked off , pressing a number that I thought would take me onto the next piece of information I needed.

I ended up being charged for something I didn't want! UGH!
