I started using coconut oil as an antifungal to get rid of a yeast infection. Little did I realise how young looking, smooth and silky my skin would get! Everyone's saying how much better I look and I no longer have dry or flakey skin! I've also developed many allergies to pollution and toxins and have found that if I put any beauty products on my skin I get sicker. I'll never need to use them again though because coconut oil moisturises from within. It's also improving my health. The people who live in coutries where coconuts grow are said to live long lives. I ingest it by spreading it on my bread, adding it to smoothies, cooking with it and even eating it with a spoon. I highly recommend it, especially if you have dry skin or a yeast infection.
