whats the best advise anyone can give me i stopped smoking 2 days ago because i didnt have any money and now it spayday and ive done so well how do you think i can be strong an dont but any more cigarettes ive been smoking for 10 years so its quite hard, in the last 2 day tho ive ate loads of food and thats makin me crave for a cigarette but i dont no what elso i can do to take my mind off it ive even tried exercise but because ive ate so much i dont have the energy right now

Hate it. Its unhealthy and smelly. My DIL smokes and I wish she would give up.

I think Lost is the greatest show around at the moment. What are your opinions on the show?

Couldn't get into it for some reason. Probably very good but I prefer CSI!
