There is more and more concern today than ever before about healthy eating, diets and calorie control. However with all this information at hand you cannot help but notice that the cost of actually eating healthy is very, very expensive.

Smoothies, youghurts, juice, fruit etc are great ways to mainitain a healthy balanced diet, but there is one big, big problem: they cost. The avarage smoothie today costs a massive £1.75 on average. That is a lot for a tiny drink that doesn't really go a long way.

In addition to this there are the numerous diet books, guides, videos etc. It just seems that anyone that really and truly wants to get in shape will have to be prepared to pay out more for the luxury.
