ermmmm hard 1. dogs because they are proper lively and can take them out 4 walks and tht wel with most dogs if they aint lazy lol. but i love cats bc they jst nice to sit on the sofa with :D lol

Most of the people I have seen left smoking because of the personal things. Most of time it's the family. I think family motivation is the thing that works.

wel i have quit and it were mostli because my nan were diagnosed with lung cancer lsat year from smoking but luckily recoverdfrom it. so i dont want to have to go throgh that. plus costs to much
