Right then, has anybody on here bought one of these things? i am currently considering it because they look like one amazing piece of kit. Although so far that is the reason that I have not yet succumbed to buying one, it is a high tech gizmo and i am unsure if I want something so expensive banging arund in my pocket all day everyday.

The other thing I think is that knowing Apple, they are very likely to release something new, and will probably now have something in the pipeline as we speak. The Iphone sounds fantastic but another potential flaw (to some users) I think will be the battery life. if your like me and use an mp3 player of some kind when travelling, you may get to your destination and find that the battery life has completely drained. If that is so with an Iphone, hwo will you make calls on an empty phone battery??

I have one and it is pretty cool, although I wouldn't say it is the best touch screen phone on the market. I like it because it syncs with my computer, is easy to export songs to, is great for internet surfing and helps keep me organised. It is true that with heavy use functions the battery life isn't great, but you can take the recharger with you and top up when you can.
