I am soon to inherit around £40,000. Would investing in property be advisable perhaps?
I think that perhaps obtaining a buy to let would be good, as house prices are on the decrease and not only would there be a monthly income...

I think that perhaps obtaining a buy to let would be good, as house prices are on the decrease and not only would there be a monthly income but profit to be made when the property is either sold or remortgaged in future.

property would be your best bet, as no new houses are being built because of the credit crunch, rental potential is good and even after tax you will have a better return than if you invested in a bank/building society. Prices will rise eventually and you will still have the property to sell.

I had breakfast, simply some Cheerios. But I'm lucky in that this is all I need up until about 6pm, not only does it save me money but it also helps me to function early in the morning.
