Nobody should be going on sunbeds nevermind children as young as seven or eight! Do people really want to give themselves and their children skin cancer? It should be illegal to expose people to such high concentrations of uv rays for the purpose of beauty (which personally I think tans look good on very few people- i.e. only the ones who can get them naturally!).

I spent a very boring 2 hours yesterday afternoon shredding old bills and documents. What a laborious job it was too! It got me wondering how you view your personal security. Are you a shredder or a ripper like I used to be before I got the shredder, or are you not too bothered and just chuck everything in the bin? Do you know anyone who has had a problem with identity theft? My neighbour says she chucks all her old bills in a bucket of water lets them pulp down then gets handfuls together and squeezes then into balls and throws them away!!!
