whats the best advise anyone can give me i stopped smoking 2 days ago because i didnt have any money and now it spayday and ive done so well how do you think i can be strong an dont but any more cigarettes ive been smoking for 10 years so its quite hard, in the last 2 day tho ive ate loads of food and thats makin me crave for a cigarette but i dont no what elso i can do to take my mind off it ive even tried exercise but because ive ate so much i dont have the energy right now

Is it wrong or right,I think there should be more control of it especially over the internet to stop children viewing it.I dont agree with a lot of it as I find it quite sickening and anything that involves children whoevers involved should be shot.
