We al have our little beauty secrets but what is it that you find attractive when you first meet a person? is it their physical attributes; the way they dress or talk? I find that people with open, honest faces and ready smiles are always the ones i want to be friends with.

A guy who can crack me up when I first meet them is really attractive. Having a sense of fun and kindness is also really attractive along with spontaneity, someone who will just grab my hand and kick leaves about or jump in puddles and has a big cheeky grin. I don't really have a 'type' physically and looks eventually fade, although a guy who is taller than me and carries themselves well is always a plus. So is politeness, intelligence and creativity. That is a big old list, haha. I think it's down to that inital spark and a solid friendship more than anything else. Arrogance and/or clinginess would have me running for the hills though.

Always! Especially when they look grumpy or I'm in rush hour and everyone looks miserable! It's something so simple, and connects us to people we otherwise would have walked past. When I worked in shops, I'd say hi and smile at everyone that came in. I know when a stranger smiles at me it brightens up my day a bit, and you might be the only person to make a small amount of contact with a lonely person that day. It costs nothing, and small acts of kindness are often the most powerful. :oD

I think it all comes down to whether you find them artistic or not. I saw a girl once who has a rose tattoo coming out of each side of her mouth and I thought it looked horrific, but to her it might have meant something deeper. I have a small tattoo on my back which is easily coverable, and it's personal and my own design, and I love it. It's the act of getting one and the experience that matters as well, not just the final look. Alot of my friends have commemorative ones after losing a loved one, and to me these are beautiful. You may like it, you may think it's awful, but done properly it's not just a doodle, or a rebellious act. It's something that person has chosen to have permanently on them, and whilst this may be a slightly romanticist viewpoint, it's a part of their life story.

I don't mind, but my boyfriend doesn't really like them. I will probably get one one day (haven't yet)
