I love Vegetarian food, but sometimes find the choices limited when eating out and am interested in what exciting dishes people out there are cooking.

It depends where you are - some places are better than others. I live in Edinburgh, which has very good options. The best we've seen is sea vegetables in filo pastry made into the shape of a crab. If you are interested in cooking more exciting options yourself, why not do a community education course?

As a nurse I am sick of people complaining about the health service. I hate how the media always focuses on the negative from super-bugs to vermin on wards, but never highlights any of the positives. I worry that all this negative press makes people scared to go into hospital for necessary treatment, and their anxiety makes the whole recovery process longer. Yes, there are problems, but I think the same problems would arise in privately owned hospitals too and I think that private health care would only serve to make things worse for those on low income.
