i think you should make him spend at least some of christmas day with you it took both of you to make the baby and you should spend at least part of that day together

Do any of you carnivores enjoy preparing and eating Liver? Personally i enjoy it now and again (when cooked well), but I was teaching my students yesterday and only 2 had ever eaten it at home! I made some Liver Burgers when they started the course, not telling them what it was until they had eaten them though! I had a large pice of calves liver, and three of the girls refused to touch it - and they want a career in cooking! It was prepared eventually though - sliced very thinly, and fried in butter with garlic, shallots, and white wine - Venetian style! out of 7 students I had 2 'refuseniks' and 1 that tasted it but did not like it!
