I simply can't choose between the three and so would like to hear your opinions.

Out of all three I'm not keen on new york.I do like ncis thats funny.

I personally haven't got a clue, my older children had mobiles when they were 12 or 13, but my Son is asking for one for Christmas & he is nearly 9, I think he should wait at least another year.

I think that once a child starts secondary school (age 11) is a good age to have your first mobile phone. Secondary school is when you start to really gain your independence and as such a phone is essential for safety and security. Obviously a parent needs to keep an eye on their child’s phone use but as long as this happens I don’t think there are any substantial risks. I myself got my first phone at age 11 and it never caused me any problems.
