how do you forget an old flame that has part of your heart?

get this person out of your life! If you dont see them any more, but are still hanging on, truly the best way is to meet someone new. Its errible to think, that we cant be strong enough to get over these things without someone new to hang on to, but sometimes its the only way! It doesnt have to be a relationship. I've only ever had one fling, but it got me over the most destructive, heartbreaking relationship ive ever had!

No. Seriously. I spent years faking it, thinking it was a problem with my body. Then when i met my ex, i was determined not to. Our sex life was great, he improved even more over the time, and i have done the same with my current partner, and he is also getting better all the time!! Girls, there is hope ;)
