how do you forget an old flame that has part of your heart?

get this person out of your life! If you dont see them any more, but are still hanging on, truly the best way is to meet someone new. Its errible to think, that we cant be strong enough to get over these things without someone new to hang on to, but sometimes its the only way! It doesnt have to be a relationship. I've only ever had one fling, but it got me over the most destructive, heartbreaking relationship ive ever had!

how can it be? it means different things to different people. If you are happy in love, you will think its the best thing. if you have just been dumped, you will hate it!
