I was thinking about starting a market stall selling fudge. What types of fudge should I sell? I was thinking vanilla, clotted cream, chocolate, maybe an alcoholic one like whiskey and maybe one with smarties or something in it.Are there any other things I could sell alongside the fudge - preferably things that I could make in advance and store untill I needed them? How much do you usually pay for fudge from a market stall? Any recipes would be greatly apreciated too!

p.s. I have looked up all the information regarding permits/licences and food safety for my local area before anyone asks/tells me.

Rum and raisin is my favourite. I would try selling some different types of nuts as well, (you could buy in bulk and just re-bag them) try a few home made cakes too, they will store for a while if clingfilmed.
