I DON'T LIKE IT AND I WILL NEVER WILL

Sad. Our world has come to this. I have resolved myself to the fact that these horific things have resulted in the general lapse of moral resulting from 'breakdown' of the family.

I would definately agree that admitting there is a problem is the first step. I would also say that the key is to find a few trusted friends that you are able to talk to, I have suffered from mild depression which has involved me being on medication twice now as I am a very anxious person and find it a struggle when I am not in control . If that applies to you, I think one helpful thing is to work out little things that you can do to make you feel more in control, more on top of a situation etc. Not saying this is the solution for everyone, as depression is obviously a very complex illness.

its awful it really hurts i nkow i lost my friend who was more like a mother to me been there for me for long time treated my kids as grandchildren always in cards said mum and nana i miss her so much lifes unfare why do we lose the best people and scum like druggies and stuff still go on
