Take my job for example, I work for and outsourcing call centre. My very first 'campaign' I worked on was the very best campaign, it was customer service based, the staff were great, my team leader was great, everything was great! Since that campaign everything has been duff, downright diabolical and frankly a bit s***! I voice my concerns and they seem to get lost...I pull myself together and still no help or support even when I ask for it. I'm already considering leaving and my CV is on a very popular jobs website with job or even possibly without job (yes, it's THAT BAD!) Anybody been in a similar situation ?
