I love quite a variety of shows - but some of the ones I would recommend for everyone are:

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Weeds, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Ugly Betty, In Treatment and Battlestar Galactica.

Some series I would recommend that have now finished are Studio 60, The West Wing, Buffy and Angel!

I don't think there are any great dramas at the moment. I have yet to come across anything that I deem great series or drama. I did enjoy Spooks and Hustle, but don't think they are still in production or any new series contracted.

I do however think there are some great US shows – Grey's Anatomy is well written – I also think Daily show with Jon Stewart is fantastic – both well written and witty.

I have to agree The West Wing was definitely a great serial drama of the past unfortunately – I didn't enjoy Studio 60 as the format did not have the same fascination as West Wing did.

I'm just starting my final year of my degree but I don't feel as though there is as much emphasis put on degrees nowadays as there may have been about 5/10 years ago. Even though I'll have a degree and I'm quite an intelligent person, a lot of jobs are still closed to me as I don't have the 'experience'. I do kind of feel, even though my degree will have been an interesting four years - I would have been better off going straight into a job when I left college and that would have given me better prospects in life.

Personally I am a Mac user, but I did use to use PC's and still use them at work.

I prefer Mac's as I find them quicker, more reliable and much much easier to use. I had so many problems with my PC - for example it would crash, I had to purchase anti-virus software, after a year or so it was so damn slow etc etc.

As well as being better to operate, I find my Mac more portable (I have a Macbook), more stylish and much more suitable to use as a student.
