Write an eighty word comment on your own or someone else’s topic and if it is accepted by Toluna you get 100 points. You can get points for up to 50 eighty word topics per month. These are credited on the 2nd & 15th of each month. Each reply is worth 100 points so that is 5,000 extra points. When they give them to you will have to look back over the last month as the points appear dated when you wrote the reply. You can earn a maximum of 15,000 Content popularity bonus (opinion topic), either from one or several topics (credited as you earn them). You get points for replies on your topics as follows: 20 = 500 (note, some times it needs a 21st reply to get the points) 30 = 1000 40 = 2000 50 = 3000 75 = 3500 100 = 5000 Therefore you can get a total of 15000 if your topic reaches 100. These points are given as the replies reach the required number. (Set the topic replies to a 10 word minimum and you will get lots of people replying; set it too high and people will not bother to reply, too many words to write).

Once you have received your maximum points for the month you do not get any more points on your topics until the following month (any missed points are not carried over) but if a topic has say 35 replies and you did not get points for reply 30/31, as soon as we go into the next month if someone replies to that topic then you will get 1,000 points that you did not get the month before. Polls – you need 500 votes for 500 points, 1,000 votes for 1,000 points. I don't think the yes/no counts for much and I tick it to let people know I have read their answers. Most of us get screened out of many of the surveys. Surveys points are given 4 weeks after the closing date on the invite, but Toluna can change the date if they do not get enough replies and they will not inform you of this (keep all your invites until you have the points as we always have to chase up Toluna to get them). Check the Sponsored Poll tab often to maximise the amount of points you can get from them, these are instant points which may lead to other surveys and possibly test products. Awarding other members stars, your choice if you give them and why, you can only leave a member stars once.

I have become inceasingly bewildered at how the 'Professional Football' world continues to remain in it's own little bubble largely unaffected by what's happening in the real world. We've all heard the headline wages £125k+ per week but even in the lower leagues players a getting wages many times that what GP's earn. I'm not convinced of the main argument used in defence. You know the one where its a limited career and could be cut short by injury at any time. This was trotted out and compared to the factory worker who had a job for life. Well who now has a job for life ? Many people are either forced or choose to change jobs anyway why should footballers be any different
CoachoflifeOpinion by Coachoflife
The main argument is a simple one based on the fact that you are worth £150,000 a week because someone is prepared to pay you that amount.

I am concerned that the popular press in its rush to sell newspapers feel they have to sensationalise pretty much every topic they report on. They do not appear content with merely reporting on a subject they have to use phrases and words designed to incite an emotional reaction (often outrage). They have now turned their focus on the Conservative/Lib-Dem coalition and are focusing on every compromise and policy ‘u-turn’ and seem to have missed the point that this is exactly what we can expect. Is this really the best way to achieve a fair and forward thinking society ?

What is annoying me is that they always have to say the same thing every 5 minutes and if they don't actually SAY it, it is scrolling around at the bottom of the screen. People might be interested first time around, but if you keep repeating yourself it gets extremely boring!

I have become increasingly frustrated with the way politics is conducted in this country and increasingly concerned over what direction it is taking. I feel the labels attached to the main parties are largely meaningless as the ideologies appear to be merging and it becomes harder and harder to see real differences. I also feel strongly that the ‘Punch and Judy’ show in Parliament is no way for a modern government to be run. The big question is what could we do to reform it ?

Well right now no every voter did not get what they voted for. And they all lie, two minutes into the job and Conservatives have already gone back on their word on the N.I increase.
