I try every day to have breakfast.
Okay, sometimes its not that easy because you have less time or something else, but I try to take some time for coffee.
I mean, its not a joke, why people say, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Today for example I had a cup of coffee and some toast with butter and some cheese.
Its simple yes, but it always helps to get a good start on a day ;)
