It all sounds lovely on the packaging but to be honest I don’t really have much of a clue what it means or what the benefits actually are? I don’t think it affects my purchasing decision as I don’t buy superfoods and I also sometimes think its a bit of a marketing ploy to make people think they are not eating well enough with normal fruit and veg. I think if you can at least have a balanced diet that should be enough!
