I honestly dont think thay any change in the law would make a difference either way. Young teenagers are always going to have sex, whatever the law says. The real influence should be coming from the parents, who should be open with their kids when talking about sex etc... Make sure your kids are aware for the need to use contraception, and the consequences of not.

Keep it as it is. Wouldn't make a difference anyway. I think teenagers of that age should have the maturity and education enough to deal with the safety of sex. Maybe not the emotional capability but it's a learning curve. Changing the law would do nothing.

Is it any wonder that a president from the oil rich state of Texas, decides to invade other oil rich states. It's all about the oil.

I think the answer is to bring back national service for all 17-20 year olds that are fit to work. A few years in the army would soon bring discipline.

i think national service should be brought back for repeat offenders. maybe if they go out into some of the countries that are seriously troubled and take a look at the children that live there they might realise how lucky they are and start respecting others.
