Does anyone like Advocaat ? My family think i am mad because i always buy a bottle at christmas and i drink it neat with some cocktail cherries on a stick..

do you like advocaat ? I love it. I drink it neat with cherries, although it is also yummy as a snowball with lime and lemonade.

I always remember my mum making snowballs at christmas and we would be able to have one, she used to put a dash of lime in aswell as lemonade with little glace cherries on a cocktail stick, that drink always reminds me of christmas. I always buy a few bottles round christmas time and like yourself I am quite partial to a swig or two neat. It is a bit like first come first serve basis round mine at christmas, I am quite a good host but if someone gets forgotten it is better that they just pile in and help themselves.

No I don't like Advocaat, well to be honest I have never tried it but no thank you. When I smell or see it, it takes me back to when I was a little girl, my mum loved it and she drank it neat.

I like it but only but only buy it at xmas too and mainly have it neat. I love the smoth texture but have to try hard not to trhink of raw eggs or i gag lol
