Why would you ever want to gain weight? When I was 118 I would have love it if I had stayed there. Once you start gaining weight you might just keep on gaining and then what will you do. Just be careful and take care.
Ice cream? Lots and lots of ice cream. Years ago when I was 5'8 and 115 pounds that is what my doctor recommended, but too much of that would not be good. I don't know about the specific areas you wish to target. There are a number of websites that deal with those issues.
You need to consult with a trainer or at least go pick up a book at the library about weight training or weight gain, at the first least you can Google the subject.
Don't exercise and eat a high fat diet. You will gain quickly. You can increase your calorie intake too. If you burn 2000 calories then you need to eat 3000 to 4000 a day.
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! Do sit ups, push ups. Tone. Muscle weighs more than fat & I think we all look better with exercise. There is no such thing as spot reduction or spot gaining-just be better toned, non-sedentary-all around!
You can eat a lot of sugar products and do very little or no form of exercising at all to maybe gain, this is the most unusual question I have heard to gain.
