very passe, not my taste- though on certain people, leggins have to be worn with skirts, if someone has victoria beckham legs (ie bones) there needs to be a pair of leggins as a matter of course.

Rara skirts only suit dancers who are actually dancing (eg ballet or fame type stuff) or girls aged 15 and under
